Kaptain‘s first official EP release on KatHaus Records comes in the form of a massive Moombahton track appropriately titled “Steezy“! A dark electro influenced moombahton original, it is supported by remixes from Omeguh and Sentiflect; their Trap and Electro versions of Steezy show how catchy and versatile Kaptain’s original sounds are at any beats per minute. But better yet, in the Steezy VIP by Kaptain he shows us how fat and juicy only he could make his own sound.
As of recent Kaptain has been one of the most consistent producers in the Moombahton game and looks to have a big role in the rebirth of the genre, as we can all sadly see the lack of growth from the genre as a whole. But with every last moombahton release like this one we get another burst of hope for the takeover! Support Kaptain and purchase this from your local online music store!
Today we have the privilege, nay the pleasure, to premiere the first of many releases from tech house hedonist Sexington. We aren’t exactly positive where the blossoming DJ resides, but it’s gotta be near a whole lot of water because this mix is a bounty of poolside sex music. Sexington would appear to be strongly influenced by Justin Martin, Claude VonStroke, Disclosure, Steve French, and Defense & Technique.
With summer fast approaching for those of us not still buried in a foot of snow, this Spring ’89 mix is a perfect way to dive head first into your thirst for wet trashy bass. We’re very interested to hear what original music from Sexington is going to sound like! Be on the look out for more and like Sexington on Facebook.
Even though this is AdiX‘s first appearance on the site, it doesn’t mean he should be considered a rookie. His unique sound design is presented in this tune off of the ‘Badwolf’ EP, ‘Time For The Moon’ whichis some chill and groovy moombahton that will have you getting down and sexy in no time. This track is perfect just for kickin’ it and smokin’ bowls or throwing on at a party to dance to. I’m positive you will all be seeing more of this guy whether it be here on Moombroton or anywhere else on this vast internet filled with endless amounts of music. Turn that shit up, enjoy!!
