The San Francisco natives K-Theory have recently been creating some great songs for people to enjoy. They most recently did a remix of “Slap Me” for Kill Paris‘s “To A New Earth”, released on Skrillex’s OWSLA. This song is similar in that it has a lot of energy and a variety of different sounds. Mondays suck, let’s face it. Luckily, Trap and Bass has helped out by posting this amazing trap tune by Cal Strange to their Youtube channel and in turn, us to you. Cal Strange has some amazing sounds and his production quality in this one is top notch for the trap scene. This chilled out space jam has some dope vocals from Tony Bignell, which really add to, well, giving it all they got. At this moment Cal Strange only has 5 tracks on his Soundcloud, but he is signed with Colourful State and is set to have more tunes out in the near future! So stay tuned!

So apparently this R.O cat is has been busting out some nasty glitch beats for awhile now. I came across the song ‘Mad Savant’ the other day and immediately had to check out the rest of this mastermind’s stuff; and let me tell you I was not disappointed. After a funky four bar intro, the fatty beat takes over and you will be groovin’ outta control. Just wait though, some filthy synths kick in that make for an all around get down.
Your second dose of mid-tempo madness is another fresh original from R.O. ‘Funk With The Machines’ is a massive tune that shows this Italian’s skills which have some elements that remind me of big glitch names such as Opiuo or Vibsquad and even a little Koan Sound. Everyone here like some Knife Party? Good, because come May 6, their highly anticipated “Haunted House” EP is set to be released! They officially released the artwork and made the announcement today. DJ SAV and hypeman Mystereo are doing a podcast project, which they recently released the debut installment that you can listen to here. They will be covering music, obviously, as well as movies and other art forms. SAV also released a preview of one of his new tracks and it sounds like a banger!
We have some great tracks for you guys this week, but before we get to them we have something we would like you guys to do. Shorne: Trap game wildcat David Lopez (aka Luminox) has been absolutely killing it lately. From dominating the stage at Snowball, to getting ridiculousy turnt up at Trapfest Denver, Luminox is surely at the top of the trap world right now. After a short hiatus from releasing new music he comes back at us with a wild original production titled ‘Tantrum’.
