Notixx has come a long way since he was last featured on the site with his remix of Calvertron’s ‘Buggin.’ This funky fresh glitch hop anthem ‘Inspirations’ has been given out fo’ free in light of him reaching 10,000 fans on Facebook, so I think a congratulations is in order! His music has been getting support from Caspa and the rest of the Dub Police family for awhile now; also make sure to keep an eye out for his next EP release which should be happening within the next couple months I believe. Turn it up and get the funk down!
Trap is one of the only sub genres of EDM that doesn’t really have any limits. Whether it’s with grimier sounds or by simply producing it at a tempo besides 140, the boundaries of trap need to be pushed. On that note, I present to you yet another fresh original from the homie, Psychologic. Some funky ass guitar riffs and superbly placed sampling get the party started while 808′s and his unique synths take over the room. It kind of reminds me of something Pretty Lights would make. Have a listen and form your own opinion, but this is by far one of top 3 favorite trap songs. Enjoy!
Here we have Amiran, hailing from the far away lands of Estonia, this bass technician has been releasing only the grooviest of tracks on a regular basis. Excessively funky bass lines immediately hook the audience while the freshglitch beat will have you getting down without even knowing it.
Hit the DL button because we are lucky to get songs of this quality for free and don’t forget to go show Amiran some love on Facebook. Enjoy!
After a long wait since Ooah first released his MOOMBAHTON track Straight To The Back, we finally get another taste from the Glitch Mob member with a whole EP filled with it! Alongside LoBounce, they take on a combination of moombahton and electro to bring you four unique tracks that get straight prehistoric, hence the Get Primal EP. Trash Talk is my favorite off the EP and it really catches you off guard when super funky moombahton drops out of the very electro infuluenced intro. Peligrosa gets even more moombah with lots of lasers, so check it out and enjoy some Glitch Mob quality bass!
From the Moombah masters who brought you the absolutely killer remix of Oasis’ Wonderwall, here’s a little tune called Luck they released yesterday to celebrate St. Patty’s day. It’s more on the Dutch House side of moombahton, but I really dig their use of the minimal noises that are generally seen in the dubstep scene. These two have a promising future. enjoy.
