Independent record labelss are becoming industry standard for the electronic dance music scene, partly thanks to the cost effective nature of digitally distributed music and what seems like an infinitely growing fan base. With such a thriving environment many can rise to the top quickly, but not without passing up many of their lost competitors.
The team over here at Moombroton tries to feature music that is evolving, or next level in nature. Music that pushes the envelope of boundaries already set by the growing culture. And a lot more often than not, we post multiple articles featuring the same record label. These Premiere Dance Record Labels (PDRL) episodes will now feature our favorite labels, and act as a centralized place to find information on any new or old music released by them on Moombroton!
In a gruesome fashion, Kannibalen Records holds down the spotlight on our first edition of PDRL! Dreamed up by Black Tiger Sex Machine, this group of growing producers is sure to bring the filth with each coming release. We first heard BTSM when they were remixed by site favorites Milo & Otis.
