So apparently this R.O cat is has been busting out some nasty glitch beats for awhile now. I came across the song ‘Mad Savant’ the other day and immediately had to check out the rest of this mastermind’s stuff; and let me tell you I was not disappointed. After a funky four bar intro, the fatty beat takes over and you will be groovin’ outta control. Just wait though, some filthy synths kick in that make for an all around get down.
Your second dose of mid-tempo madness is another fresh original from R.O. ‘Funk With The Machines’ is a massive tune thatshows this Italian’s skills which have some elements that remind me of big glitch names such as Opiuo or Vibsquad and even a little Koan Sound. Make sure to snag these fo’ free and go show R.O some love on Facebook and Soundcloud. Enjoy!!
Even though this is AdiX‘s first appearance on the site, it doesn’t mean he should be considered a rookie. His unique sound design is presented in this tune off of the ‘Badwolf’ EP, ‘Time For The Moon’ whichis some chill and groovy moombahton that will have you getting down and sexy in no time. This track is perfect just for kickin’ it and smokin’ bowls or throwing on at a party to dance to. I’m positive you will all be seeing more of this guy whether it be here on Moombroton or anywhere else on this vast internet filled with endless amounts of music. Turn that shit up, enjoy!!
With yet another release, MUST DIE! continues taking the scene by storm and make a lasting impression with hard hitting bass and driving UK type synths. This EP titled ‘Caffeine’ is no different than the previous ones, meaning that you are likely to get the fuck down in the middle of the room by yourself. Every track is a must hear and there is even an appearance from Jaws who is a member of Terravita.
Released by none other than Datsik’s Firepower Records, you will find the normal skanky, in your face type bangers, but there are also a few songs that show us MUST DIE!’s vast range of skills. ‘The Arena’ is the intro song and its some 140 dance type biz that is sure to get anyone groovin’. ‘Symmetry’ is the one he collabed on with Jaws. Surprisingly he is actually just being featured on the vocals, but I’m sure he contributed a bit production wise. Lastly, the outro song titled ‘Nightwatch’ I can safely say is definitely the most unique song on the EP. Filled with a plethora of what sounds like Violins, I can picture a large orchestra playing this out beautifully. Turn up that volume knob, enjoy!
Off of the EP ‘Always Ready,’ ‘The Seven Digits‘ is definitely some ratchet trap ish to say the least. Ori Shochat hails from Israel and boy did he go with some classic samples to get the party going. Biggie makes quite an entrance right in the beginning and the gangster T.I. sample will bring out your inner thug. The drop catches you off guard a little bit but it is still abanger nonetheless. Snag the free DL cause this guy is bound to have stuff on Beatport in no time. Enjoy!
MUST DIE! istaking the scene by storm with dirty bass and all around unique production style. Like ‘Octopus,’ which you all saw featured on the last EDM Digest, this is off his latest free EP. ‘Nobody’ is a filthy trapstep tune that is so dope I had to share it as well; I promise it will not disappoint. The massive 808′s combine superbly with grime and room-filling laser type synths. Make sure to stay up to date with all of his releases considering they are always next level shit!
