A gift from the ‘Trap‘ gods themselves, Bro Safari and UFO! have bestowed upon us the futuristic trap tune “Burn The Block”! Track # 6 off their upcoming LP righteously titled “Animals” takes a step forward for Trap music with the aid of classic hip hop and a sample from the notorious Biggie Smalls. Their impeccably creative sound continues to get better and we couldn’t be looking more forward to the release of Animals on 5/22.
To help truly express the true beauty behind UFO! and Bro Safari‘s “Burn The Block” masterpiece, THUMP released this incredibly sexy baking show teaser! I would highly recommend watching the video, then checking out the full track below. Well worth it.

Hustling straight to the top of the game, Trap music is the hot commodity of the EDM world. A post-dubstep sub-genre that was oddly awarded the name Trap, the thuggish transformation really plays on our gangster desires as humans to get turnt up. Trapfest is paving the way for Trap and Moombahton in the US with stacked lineups and sold out shows featuring the best and brightest in the game, including two of our top five already appearing on their US tour.
Top 5 Trap Music Producers
These are our thoughts and feelings on the current status of Trap and five producers who have shaped its growth to this peak. We understand and acknowledge the major influence that musicians such as Diplo, Baauer, and Flosstradamus had on trap’s initial surge, but we feel the real soldiers are the ones innovating with their music. Bro Safari, UFO, Mayhem & Antiserum, UZ, and Luminox all fall into this category for Moombroton’s Trap Game Top Five.
Producer : Bro Safari

Current Location: Austin , TX
MGMT: Circle Talent Agency
Born in Italy raised in Atlanta, Bro Safari aka Knick Weiller understands the Trap game better than any other producer we’ve been given the pleasure of experiencing. His flawless production quality and vocal manipulation make for an existential sound no matter the genre label; his time with Evol Intent resulted in countless Drum and Bass masterpieces. We talked with Bro Safari during his last visit to Colorado for Trapfest and his insight inspired our own thoughts on trap as post-dubstep instead of “Trap” the style of music many dirty south American producers have chosen. This video of Waka Flaka in the studio might help you understand the comical difference.

MUST DIE! is taking the scene by storm with dirty bass and all around unique production style. Like ‘Octopus,’ which you all saw featured on the last EDM Digest, this is off his latest free EP. ‘Nobody’ is a filthy trapstep tune that is so dope I had to share it as well; I promise it will not disappoint. The massive 808′s combine superbly with grime and room-filling laser type synths. Make sure to stay up to date with all of his releases considering they are always next level shit!

This Boulder local and now Sub.Mission resident has been pumping out only the freshest of tunes since he entered the scene back in 2011. After a brief production hiatus, Steptech is back in action and I honestly could not be happier. Instead of his normal fat, grimy sausage bass type stuff he shows us some variety with an incredible trapstep original ‘I Can Do.’ The flawless vocal chopped intro guides you smoothly into a laser – filled drop that is straight madness. I promise it will not disappoint, enjoy!

Kill Paris has blown up so fast over these last few months! He’s been putting out amazing song one after another, like his massive remix of Monsta’s “Where Did I Go” with Dillon Francis and his most recent remix of Anita Ward’s “Ring My Bell“. His funky bass and happy melodies are easily recognizable and one of my favorite new sounds!
Today we have a huge and happy trap remix of Kill Paris’ hit “Baby Come Back” by the duo World Class Art Thieves! (World CAT) We previously posted up two of their electro moombahton heaters and this trap remix keeps up with their great production quality and some ever groovy bass!
